My niece is on the St. Charles Cards junior girls volleyball team for the 2009-2010 season. This year they made it to NOSSA where they placed 3rd over all. Way to go girls. Here is a photo taken while playing on home terf. My niece is the one in the air spiking the ball. 
Well Monday night Larry the Cable Guy was in town performing at the Subury Arena. What a blast. His open act was great. Josh Wolf is a funny man. Funny cause it’s true. Laughter is the best cure for anything and what better way of curing what ales you, then with Larry the Cable Guy. I havn’t laughed that hard in a long time. Thanks Larry for droping by our little of Sudbury way of North. Get-R-Done!

Well it’s done. The set up was well…and experience. But a good one at that. I had a blast as did my two assistances (my father and my aunt). We are set up and ready to go for tomorrow. I just hope that my laptop doesn’t crash again. By the way I have a bride from last season helping me….a live testimonial…what could be better. My aunt is also coming back to give me a hand along with my wife….I want to rock this show and I want everyone to remember ME.

Well tomorrow night is set up night for Sudbury Brides 2010 bridal show. Finishing off the little stuff like price lists, business cards, give-a-ways and of course our draw. We are giving away an on location Family session worth $250.00. All you have to do is fill out the ballot. Well first you have to come over and see me, then fill out the ballot. See you there Saturday.
Over the holidays I took some time off for myself as many of us do. It was a great time to get together with old and new friends, have fun and relax. The last year was a doozy, but I won’t bore you with those details As many of us do over the Christmas holiday’s we exchanged gifts with family and friends, and attend a few parties along the way. Well this year at our annual Kris Kringle gift exchange, (you know the one where you get to steal gifts) I won a Major award. It was beautiful, a real work of art. And I know it came from Italy… it said FRAGILE (FRA-GIL- E) on the box.
Now if you havn’t seen the movie “A Christmas Story” they you really need to get out there and watch it. What a great movie to watch with the family on those realy cold winter days.
I hope you all had a very Merry Christmas and a great start to the New Year 2010. I don’t know about you…. but I feel this year is going to bring huge changes.
The Fat man is going to be busy tonight. I would like to wish all my clients, friends and family a very Merry Christmas. Have a safe and happy holiday season. We well be closed for the Holidays and will be re-opening Jan 4th.
Well men, we have 7 days left to finish up shopping for Christmas. As you can guess, I haven’t even started. This has been such a busy year for both my family and the studio, I can’t believe 2009 is coming to an end already.
Just a quick note for all my past, current and future clients. I will be attending the 2010 bridal show at the Radison Hotel this coming January 9th & 10th. So if you are helping anyone plan a wedding for 2011 or if you know anyone getting married 2011 tell them to stop by and check out my booth. And yes I do have some date available for 2010, give us a call for those dates. This is the first time for me to be a vendor in a bridal show and I’m very excitted about this. Some of my photos will also be featured in the 2010 Sudbury weddings magazine, which is distributed at this show. I am also currently featured in SNAP magazine and have been for the past few months now. The feed back and comments from SNAP has been amazing. Over the next few days I will be posting some images from my 2009 wedding season as well some from all my other sessions from 2009.
As last note, there will be HUGE changes coming to Michael Blinn Photography in 2010, I have some wicked new Canvas prints coming in, some huge banners and some great give a ways for the bridal show. If you want to be kept in the loop, register today for all the lasted updates.
